What counts as a “personalized product”?
Every unique product you assign a personalization form to uses one slot. Assigning several forms to the same product still counts as one.
What happens if I hit the limit?
Nothing breaks. Your existing products keep working exactly as before — you are only asked to upgrade when you try to personalize an additional product.
Do I lose anything if I downgrade?
No. Your forms, designs and order records stay. You simply can't add new products until you're back under the limit.
Is there a per-order fee or revenue share?
No. The monthly plan is the only thing you pay. How much you sell never changes your bill.
How is it billed?
Through Shopify's own billing, so the charge appears on your Shopify invoice. There's no separate card to enter.
